Team Buliding

It is very common when protected individuals chose to have their own security teams rather than assign such tasks to an independent service provider, we offer to share our experience, knowledge, insights and techniques with such teams while also offering some training, consulting and advice. In all honesty, some teams (regardless of anything) do not require team building or require it less than others, we shall be the first to point it out. Our professional integrity often leads us to the conclusion that we have nothing to add or contribute to the existing team, and at times, we can even learn a thing or two ourselves from such teams. At the same time, in rare cases, teams cannot be “fixed” and must be reassembled. This type of professional service is only suitable for very specific types and individuals, it is definitely not for everyone, not anyone can become a close protection specialist, regardless of training. Even then with top professionals, in extraordinary cases they cannot form a productive team, in such cases teambuilding may help, or not. One important truth is that not everything can be fixed or is worth fixing, intervention aimed at improvement can only be considered in the absence of compromises involving quality of service.
